Francine Fournier

Francine Meeks (née Fournier; born February 19, 1972), known mononymously as Francine, is an American professional wrestler and valet. She is best known for her appearances with Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) from 1995 to 2001 and with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in 2005 and 2006. During her tenure with ECW, she managed several of the promotion's top performers.

Francine grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she attended West Catholic Preparatory High School in West Philadelphia. She became a fan of professional wrestling as a teenager while attending events at the Spectrum. In 1993, while working for a life insurance company, she saw a commercial on SportsChannel Philadelphia for the House of Hardcore, the professional wrestling school run by ECW. Seeking to avoid working behind a desk, she enrolled and trained under J. T. Smith.

After making minor appearances on the independent circuit and working as a guest timekeeper named Miss Montgomeryville in 1994, Francine debuted as a regular performer in ECW in 1995 as the manager and on-screen girlfriend of Stevie Richards. She later allied herself with The Pitbulls tag team, adopting a leather-clad persona and leading them to win the ECW Tag Team Championships in September 1995. She went on to win a triple dog collar match at Cyberslam '96 and guided Pitbull #2 to the ECW Television Championship in June 1996.

In July 1996, Francine aligned with Shane Douglas, serving as his manager and cheerleader until 1999 while twice helping him capture the ECW World Heavyweight Championship. She subsequently managed Tommy Dreamer and feuded with Steve Corino in 1999. In April 2000, Francine turned on Dreamer to manage Justin Credible, aiding Credible in winning the ECW World Heavyweight Championship and remaining his manager until ECW ceased operations in April 2001.

In June 2002, Francine debuted for NWA Total Nonstop Action (NWA TNA), participating in a lingerie battle royal and entering storylines involving Taylor Vaughn and Jasmine St. Claire. Between 2002 and 2006, she appeared across the independent circuit for organizations including Major League Wrestling, Women's Extreme Wrestling (WEW), Hottest Ladies of Wrestling, and Delaware Championship Wrestling. In June 2005, she served as Shane Douglas's valet at the Hardcore Homecoming reunion event.

Francine appeared at WWE's ECW One Night Stand pay-per-view in June 2005 and signed with WWE's ECW brand in 2006. After participating in bikini contests and managing Balls Mahoney, she wrestled Ariel in September 2006 before requesting and receiving her release in October 2006. She announced her imminent retirement shortly after, though she continued making appearances for WEW, organized the Legends of the Arena reunion event in 2009 to benefit the American Cancer Society, and made video appearances for TNA/Impact Wrestling in 2010 and 2021. In October 2024, she announced her participation in NXT 2300. She also appears as a playable video game character in ECW Hardcore Revolution and ECW Anarchy Rulz.
