Ethan Chlebowski is an American food YouTuber, digital content creator, and culinary educator. He is best known for his educational cooking videos on YouTube, where he focuses on the science, techniques, and practical efficiency behind home cooking rather than traditional, step-by-step recipe demonstrations.

Chlebowski attended North Carolina State University's Poole College of Management, graduating in 2016. Before pursuing content creation full-time, he worked in corporate consulting and finance. He began posting cooking videos online as a personal hobby to maintain his passion for cooking alongside a demanding corporate career.
