Carlacia Grant

Carlacia Grant is an American television actress. She is widely recognized for her starring performance in the Netflix teen mystery drama series Outer Banks.

Grant was born in New Haven, Connecticut, and spent part of her upbringing residing in Florida. Her family background includes Caribbean heritage, with her mother being of Haitian descent and her father of Jamaican descent. She was introduced to acting at thirteen years old when she participated in a summer camp stage production of Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island, a venture encouraged by her grandmother.

She launched her professional television career in 2016, appearing as Irene in the History Channel remake of Roots. Following her screen debut, she secured roles on other television programs, including portrayal of Danielle Turner in the OWN drama series Greenleaf and the character Leesha in Game of Silence. She also made a guest appearance on an episode of The Resident in 2021.

Grant auditioned for the Netflix series Outer Banks in November 2020. She joined the show during its second season in a recurring capacity, playing the character Cleo Anderson, a young woman from the Bahamas. Following her initial appearance, she was elevated to a main cast member for the drama's third and fourth seasons.

Grant continues her career in television acting, maintaining her series regular role on Outer Banks.
