Supassara Thanachat

Supassrathip Akkrathaweepatch, formerly known as Supassara Thanachat and nicknamed Kao, is a Thai actress and model born on April 29, 1995, in Bangkok, Thailand. She gained widespread recognition for her breakthrough role as Sprite in the hit television series Hormones: The Series. Over the course of her career, she has built a prominent presence in Thai television, film, modeling, and business.

Supassrathip completed her primary education at Tiwpaingam School, lower secondary education at St. Francis Xavier Convent School, and upper secondary education in the English Program at Samsen Wittayalai School, where she was named Samsen Star of Class 57. She subsequently earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Kasetsart University, where she majored in Entrepreneurial Economics within the International Program.

Her acting career began with appearances in various television shows before securing her major breakout role in Hormones: The Series starting in 2013. Her performance as Sprite, a free-spirited character navigating complex personal and social challenges, earned her significant attention and praise, establishing her as a household name in Thailand. She continued her performance throughout the show's subsequent seasons.

Following her breakout performance, Supassrathip expanded into feature films, starring in Last Summer in 2013, the mystery thriller The Swimmers in 2014, Buppha Ratree: Haunting in Japan in 2016, and Love and Run in 2019. She was initially signed with TV Thunder until her contract expired in 2016. In 2017, she signed with Channel 3 Thailand, taking on prominent television roles in dramas such as Kom Faek in 2018 and My Secret Bride in 2019.

Since becoming a freelance artist in 2022, Supassrathip has taken on varied projects across television and film. In 2023, she starred as Mirin in Faceless Love, a Thai television adaptation of the Japanese drama Rich Man, Poor Woman. Her project slate for 2025 includes her international film debut in the horror movie Kong Tao, a multinational production featuring actors from Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore, where she portrays a journalist investigating a series of gruesome beheadings.

Her additional projects for 2025 include the television series Rabbit on the Moon, playing the character Pugh Phitcha, and the Girls' Love series Love Design, produced by Velcurve Studio. In Love Design, she stars alongside Methika Jiranorraphat as an architect named Aokbab in a story focusing on the relationship between two female architects.

Beyond acting, Supassrathip maintains a strong footprint in fashion and business. She has been a brand ambassador for Garnier Thailand since at least 2010 and has modeled for luxury fashion brands in Thailand including Louis Vuitton, Prada, Longchamp, Longines, Ferragamo, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Loewe. She also runs business ventures including an ice cream brand named Bellio and a company specializing in dog seat covers. In political matters, she expressed support for the 2020–2021 Thai protests and opposed the use of violence during the 2020 Pathumwan dispersal.
