Shlomit Malka

Shlomit Malka is an Israeli fashion model who has represented major international brands in global advertising endeavors. Early in her modeling career, she was sometimes credited under the professional name Shiloh Malka before returning to using her given birth name. By 2013, she had established herself as one of the highest-earning models in Israel.

Malka was born in Rehovot, Israel, to a Jewish family with Moroccan-Jewish heritage on her father's side and Ukrainian roots on her mother's side. Her father worked as a restaurateur, while her mother served as a chief executive officer of a public relations firm. Following her parents' separation when she was four years old, she was raised alongside her mother and maternal grandparents in Kiryat Ekron. She is trilingual, speaking Hebrew, English, and Russian.

Her modeling career began while she was fulfilling her military service in the Israel Defense Forces, where she served as an instructor within the Yahalom special forces unit of the Combat Engineering Corps. A talent agent discovered her through photographs posted on Facebook. After obtaining official permission from the military to work during her service, she fulfilled her required duty hours while simultaneously securing modeling contracts.

Over the course of her career, Malka has appeared in prominent international promotional campaigns for numerous high-profile cosmetic, fashion, and consumer brands, including L'Oreal, Armani, Ralph Lauren, Maybelline, Lancome, Chanel, Schwarzkopf, Bershka, Bebe, and Müller Yogurt. In 2015, she was selected as the international face of the Italian lingerie brand Intimissimi, taking on a role previously held by several other prominent global models.

In her personal life, Malka married Israeli actor and model Yehuda Levi in May 2017, and the couple lived together in Tel Aviv before announcing their separation in June 2021. Outside of her professional work, her personal interests include physics, mathematics, and the welfare of animals. In August 2017, she suffered a severe head injury in a scooter accident that required hospitalization and a temporary medically induced coma, from which she subsequently made a full recovery.
