Sabrina Brier

Sabrina Plon Brier is an American comedian, actress, and digital content creator. She gained widespread public attention through short video comedy skits posted online, where she plays self-involved and privileged fictional characters.

Born on August 4, 1994, Brier grew up with an older sister who later became a producer. Her mother worked as a playwright and former sketch performer, while her father worked as a cardiologist. Her parents separated when she was five years old. Raised in a Jewish household, Brier attended Amity Regional High School in Woodbridge, Connecticut, where she won a local Shakespeare performance competition. She later earned a degree in theater from Smith College in 2017. During her university years, she took improv training and completed an internship on the television show Scandal.

After graduating, Brier relocated to New York City. She initially spent two years working in talent management before securing a position as a writers' assistant on the legal drama television series For Life. In 2021, she began creating and publishing original comedy videos on TikTok.

Brier's online presence expanded significantly as her skits resonated with audiences. Her portrayals of archetypal figures, such as a passive-aggressive roommate, earned her a substantial following, exceeding 600,000 subscribers by mid-2023. Her comedic style received media commentary, including praise in press outlets for her distinct characterizations. A short audio snippet of her saying "Oh!" also evolved into a widely shared reaction meme across social media platforms.

In addition to her social media work, Brier expanded into traditional acting and media projects. She appeared in Steven Soderbergh's 2023 web series Command Z and portrayed the fictional character Biljana Electronica in a promotional video for the viral parody song "Planet of the Bass." That same year, she signed with Creative Artists Agency. In early 2024, she guest-starred as a substitute teacher named Jessca on the television series Abbott Elementary. In January 2025, she released the audio story That Friend, which follows a New York content creator navigating personal set-backs.
