Patrick Starrr

Patrick Simondac, known professionally as Patrick Starrr, is an American makeup artist, social media influencer, and entrepreneur born on November 11, 1989. He has also been characterized as a figure in the music and business sectors. He is widely recognized for his beauty content on digital platforms.

Raised in Orlando, Florida, in a Catholic household, Starrr is the son of Filipino immigrants Arnulfo and Lenee Simondac. At the age of 14, he experienced hair loss that eventually led to complete hair loss on his head. To adapt, he began wearing turbans and head-wraps, an accessory choice he retained into adulthood as a defining element of his personal brand. Following his high school graduation, he worked at a makeup retail store prior to launching his digital presence.

Starrr published his debut video on YouTube in February 2013, focusing primarily on makeup tutorials. His platform gained rapid popularity, enabling him to collaborate on video content with high-profile figures such as Katy Perry, Kim Kardashian, and Madelaine Petsch. Additionally, he has produced beauty tutorials featuring past contestants from the television series Drag Race.

Throughout his career, Starrr has expanded into corporate ventures and traditional media. In 2017, he partnered with MAC Cosmetics to release a makeup collection, and in 2021, he introduced a line of clothing. He co-founded the beauty brand One/Size alongside Luxury Brand Partners, extending its distribution into Southeast Asia in 2020. That same year, he collaborated with Disney on a cosmetics collection. His other projects include hosting the interview podcast Say Yas to the Guest and featuring alongside Jools Lebron in a May 2023 beauty campaign.

Starrr served as a guest judge on the reality television show Drag Race Philippines, which offered a one-year supply of his ONE/SIZE Beauty Cosmetics as part of its grand prize. Over his career, he has received industry recognition, winning the Beauty award at the Streamy Awards in September 2017 and the Fashion award at the 9th Streamy Awards two years later.

Starrr is openly gay and advocates for businesses catering to the LGBTQ+ community. Currently residing in Los Angeles, he maintains a substantial online following, having accumulated approximately 4.1 million Instagram followers and 4.78 million YouTube subscribers by 2026.
