Paige Spiranac

Paige Renee Spiranac (born March 26, 1993) is an American media personality, golf instructor, and former professional golfer. Having initially gained widespread recognition through collegiate athletics and online golf instruction, she went on to establish herself as one of the most prominent digital personalities in sports media. Her extensive digital reach and brand ambassadorships have made her a major figure in contemporary sports and lifestyle media.

Early Life & Athletic Background

Spiranac was born in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, into a family with strong athletic roots. She originally trained as an elite gymnast with ambitions of competing in the Olympic Games, but a recurring knee injury forced her to shift her athletic focus to golf at the age of 12. She quickly excelled on Colorado's junior golf circuit, capturing five titles, including the 2010 CWGA Junior Stroke Play Championship, and ranking among the top junior players in the world. Spiranac received a college scholarship to play NCAA Division I golf at the University of Arizona before transferring to San Diego State University. At SDSU, she earned All-Mountain West Conference honors during two consecutive seasons and led the Aztecs to their first Mountain West Championship in 2015.

Golf Career & Media Transition

Following her collegiate success, Spiranac turned professional in late 2015. She competed primarily on the Arizona-based Cactus Tour, where she achieved her first professional win in 2016 at Orange Tree Golf Resort after defeating Hannah O'Sullivan in a playoff. She also competed in international events, including the Ladies European Tour's Scottish Open, and attempted to qualify for the LPGA Tour. After concluding her competitive playing career, Spiranac pivoted to content creation, digital coaching, and media work, using online platforms to break down golf techniques and promote access to the sport.

Business & Public Profile

As a media personality, Spiranac has created instructional content, hosted sports podcasts, and partnered as a global brand ambassador with major sports betting, golf technology, and equipment companies. She has appeared on the covers of prominent publications such as Golf Digest, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, and Maxim. In addition to commercial media campaigns, she launched her own subscription service, OnlyPaige, where she shares detailed golf lessons, fitness guidance, and lifestyle updates.
