About

Born on April 28, 1983, in Epsom, Surrey, England, Louis Cole grew up with a passion for travel, adventure, and community service. Before establishing his career as a full-time content creator, he engaged in youth work, including purchasing and renovating a double-decker bus in 2007 to serve as a mobile center for homeless youth equipped with music and gaming facilities—a initiative known as the Boombus project. He first gained widespread internet attention in 2012 through stunt videos on his early channel FoodForLouis, but later pivoted entirely toward inspirational travel content and positive lifestyle vlogs.

Career and Content

Cole launched his primary YouTube channel, FunForLouis, where he committed to posting daily vlogs capturing his journeys around the world. His energetic vlogging style and emphasis on cultural exploration earned him a massive global audience, leading Forbes to name him a top travel influencer in 2017. Beyond daily vlogging, Cole has spearheaded ambitious international projects, such as Beyond Borders, where he flew around the world in a small aircraft to showcase diverse cultures, and The Solvey Project, aimed at supporting global social entrepreneurs. He also founded Live The Adventure, a social media brand promoting exploration and conscious living.
