Linn Lowes

Linn Lowes is a Swedish fitness creator, certified personal trainer, nutrition adviser, and entrepreneur. Widely recognized for her motivational social media presence, workout routines, and fitness apparel brand, Lowes has cultivated a massive global following. Her journey from surviving blood cancer to becoming a leading figure in digital health and fitness has inspired millions of people seeking strength, wellness, and healthy body transformation.

About

Born on October 6, 1987, in Sweden, Linn Lowes developed an active lifestyle early in life, enjoying activities such as snowboarding and horseback riding. During her youth, she was naturally thin and found it challenging to gain weight, which made her feel self-conscious. In her early twenties, she began visiting the gym with friends and was introduced to weight training. She quickly discovered that resistance exercises allowed her to build muscle, improve her confidence, and transform her physical and mental health. This experience sparked her enduring passion for exercise science and health education.

Career

In late 2013, at age 26, Lowes received a life-changing diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma. Over the following two years, she underwent multiple surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation treatments. The arduous battle with blood cancer caused significant physical weakness and weight loss, but Lowes remained determined to rebuild her strength. Following her remission, she earned her formal qualifications as a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant to help others achieve sustainable health goals. She began sharing her fitness journey and educational workout guides on social media, quickly establishing herself as a trusted voice in online fitness.

Business and Content

Lowes has expanded her influence beyond individual coaching into digital health products and activewear. She founded the activewear brand Stacci Athletics, designing functional apparel tailored for active lifestyles. Furthermore, she created the Athli App, a comprehensive workout and nutrition platform offering customizable gym and home exercise programs, instructional videos, and meal planning resources for users worldwide. Her social media content focuses on glute training, resistance workouts, weight gain education, and positive lifestyle habits.

Personal Life

Based in Sweden, Lowes continues to prioritize balanced nutrition, rest, and consistency in her fitness philosophy. As a cancer survivor, she actively uses her platform to share honest personal stories, raise health awareness, and encourage her community to embrace fitness for overall well-being rather than short-term physical aesthetics.
