Katja Riemann

Katja Hannchen Leni Riemann is a German actress born on November 1, 1963. She grew up in Weyhe, near Bremen, as the daughter of two teachers. After completing high school, she moved to Hamburg to pursue studies in music and theater. In her personal life, Riemann is the mother of actress Paula Riemann, whose father is Peter Sattmann.

Riemann began appearing in screen productions in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Her early television credits include the 1987 television miniseries Sommer in Lesmona, directed by Peter Beauvais, the 1991 television film No Mention of Violence, directed by Theodor Kotulla, and the 1992 television miniseries Regina auf den Stufen, directed by Bernd Fischerauer.

During the mid-1990s, Riemann appeared in a wide variety of feature films and television projects. In 1993, she took roles in Pauline In Between, directed by Peter Timm, and Making Up!, directed by Katja von Garnier.
