Greeicy Rendón

Greeicy Yeliana Rendón Ceballos, known mononymously as Greeicy, is a Colombian actress and singer. She first entered the public eye through television talent competitions before establishing a career in screen acting and music. Over her career in television, she has appeared in a wide variety of telenovelas and series, eventually earning international visibility for her leading television roles.

Born on 30 October 1992, Rendón spent the initial five years of her childhood in Cali, Colombia. Her parents, Luis Alberto Rendón and Lucy Ceballos, then relocated the family to Bogotá. Showing an early passion for music and interpretation, Rendón pursued formal training during her youth by taking dedicated classes in acting, singing, piano, flute, and guitar.

Rendón made her onscreen debut in 2007 as a contestant on the children's talent reality show Factor Xs, where she was sponsored by singer and songwriter José Gaviria. Although she did not win the program, her exposure led to casting opportunities in television drama. She made her acting debut in 2009 on the telenovela Cuando salga el sol, playing Carolina Parra, the daughter of the main couple. In 2010, director Sergio Cabrera selected her to play Sierva in the telenovela La Pola.

Her acting career continued to progress in January 2011 when she played Flor Porras in Correo de inocentes. Later that year, she joined the cast of ¿Dónde está Elisa? as Marcela, a project adapted from a 2009 Chilean telenovela of the same name. In 2013, Rendón portrayed Johanna Barrera in the series La prepago.

In 2013, Rendón was selected by RCN Televisión and TeleVideo to star as the protagonist of Chica vampiro, which premiered on 14 May 2013. Although the show did not achieve strong reception in Colombia, it became a major broadcast success in France and Italy. Following this performance, she was cast in 2014 as the youth protagonist in La ronca de oro, a telenovela inspired by the life of Colombian singer Helenita Vargas. That same year, she appeared in Los años maravillosos, a Colombian adaptation of The Wonderful Years.

Rendón expanded her television work in 2015 by starring in Tiro de gracia and appearing in Esmeraldas as Paula Guáqueta Guerrero. In 2016, she joined the cast of Las Vega's, adapted from a Chilean show. She was also cast as a main lead in Venganza, an adaptation of the American series Revenge. Though scheduled for release by RCN Televisión, Venganza officially debuted in March 2017 in Argentina and Colombia.

In her personal life, Rendón and Mike Bahia announced on 23 December 2021 that they were expecting their first child together, making the announcement through a musical collaboration titled Att: Amor.
