Khosla spent her early childhood in Delhi before relocating with her family to Chennai and later Ooty, Tamil Nadu, where she attended Hebron School. At age 18, she moved to the Netherlands to pursue higher education. She studied international law at University College Utrecht, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Khosla subsequently moved to London, United Kingdom, where she completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in international and human rights law at BPP Law School.
