Coco Rebecca Edogamhe

Rebecca Coco Edogamhe, also known as Coco Rebecca Edogamhe, is an Italian actress. She is best known for starring as the lead character in the streaming Netflix coming-of-age drama series Summertime.

Edogamhe was born on 5 September 2001 in Lecce, Italy, and was raised outside of Bologna. Her father is Nigerian and her mother is an Apulian Italian, and she has one younger sister. While growing up, she frequently traveled to visit family in both Salento and Nigeria.

Without taking acting classes, Edogamhe started auditioning for film and television roles while she was still a high school student. Her initial professional acting opportunity arrived when she was cast as the lead in Summertime, which is set over summer break in a city located on the Adriatic coast.

Summertime premiered in April 2020 shortly before Edogamhe graduated from high school, and the series received a positive reception. She later reprised her role for the show's second season, which was released in 2021.

In addition to her acting work, Edogamhe has worked as a model. Her modeling background includes appearing in editorial shoots for the fashion brands Gucci and Liu Jo.
