In addition to acting and modeling, Pagani expanded into writing. In 2021, Mondadori Electa published her debut novel, Ophelia, an autobiographical coming-of-age story.

Throughout her career, Pagani has used her platform to support social causes. In 2021, she appeared on the cover of the Italian edition of Vanity Fair to show support for legislation aiming to ban discrimination and hate crimes against women, gay, and transgender individuals.
