She completed her secondary schooling in Mumbai and went on to pursue higher education at Mithibai College. Before transitioning fully into the fashion and digital media industry, Shroff worked as a preschool teacher for two years. Her strong interest in design and aesthetics led her to pursue additional coursework in photography, interior design, and early childhood education, before earning a degree in fashion from the London College of Fashion in the United Kingdom.

Shroff launched her digital journey in 2013 by creating "The Snob Journal," a platform where she published beauty tips, outfit inspirations, skincare routines, and travel vlogs.
