Stefanie Giesinger

Stefanie Giesinger is a German model. She gained widespread public recognition after winning the ninth season of the modeling competition television series Germany's Next Topmodel.

Giesinger was born on 27 August 1996 in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Her parents are ethnic Germans who emigrated from Siberia to Germany in 1995, one year prior to her birth. She was diagnosed with primary ciliary dyskinesia, a condition that required her to undergo emergency surgery at the age of 13.

Following her victory on Germany's Next Topmodel in 2014, Giesinger featured on the cover of the German edition of Cosmopolitan magazine in June 2014. Upon winning the competition, she signed a two-year contract with Günther Klum's modeling agency, ONEeins, which she chose not to renew at its conclusion.

In addition to her modeling work, Giesinger expanded into screen and video appearances. In 2014, she was cast in the feature film Der Nanny, which was released in 2015. She was also cast in the music video for the song "80 Millionen" by German musician Max Giesinger, to whom she is not related.

Giesinger continued to secure high-profile fashion opportunities, including walking the runway for designer brand Dolce & Gabbana during Milan Fashion Week in 2017. In 2018, she received formal recognition when she was named "Idol of the Year" at the About You Awards, an event hosted by the German online fashion retailer About You.

In her personal life, Giesinger was in a relationship with British YouTuber Marcus Butler from 2016 until 2022.
