Sam Sulek

Samuel Bishop Sulek is an American bodybuilder and online content creator known for his fitness vlogs. Born on February 7, 2002, in Delaware, Ohio, he participated in competitive diving before pivoting to weightlifting and bodybuilding. He attended Rutherford B. Hayes High School and later enrolled at Miami University in Ohio to study mechanical engineering.

Sulek gained widespread public recognition in 2023 after posting daily, minimally edited workout videos on YouTube, notably through his popular Spring Bulk series. His minimalist vlog format—typically featuring unscripted commentary from his vehicle before and after intense gym sessions—attracted millions of followers across social media platforms, making him one of the fastest-growing creators in the online fitness space.

Alongside his digital media career, Sulek has pursued competitive bodybuilding in the Classic Physique division. He earned his IFBB Pro status in early 2025 after winning his class and overall title at the NPC Legends Classic, followed by a class victory at the Arnold Amateur.
