Rachel Reilly

Rachel Eileen Reilly Villegas is an American television personality, actress, fashion designer, producer, and casting agent. She is widely recognized for her extensive appearances on competitive reality television shows, most notably winning the thirteenth season of Big Brother and completing multiple seasons of The Amazing Race.

Reilly was born in Concord, North Carolina, where she attended First Assembly Christian School and graduated from Northwest Cabarrus High School in 2002. She joined the Phi Mu sorority while studying at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina, earning a bachelor's degree in chemistry in 2007. She has a sister, Elissa Slater, who has also competed in televised reality competitions.

In 2010, Reilly made her reality television debut on the twelfth season of Big Brother. During the game, she began a romantic relationship with fellow contestant Brendon Villegas and was ultimately evicted in ninth place, becoming the season's first jury member. She returned the following year for the show's thirteenth season alongside Villegas, who was then her fiancé. During that season, she won four Head of Household challenges, survived five total nominations, and was voted the grand prize winner in a 4–3 jury decision, earning $500,000.

Reilly made further appearances across the franchise, returning in 2025 as the only veteran participant for the show's 25th anniversary season, where she again placed ninth and joined the jury. She has also returned to host or guest-appear in several other seasons. Over her career on the show, she achieved notable competition milestones, including tying records for sole Head of Household victories in a single season and total multi-season Head of Household competition wins.

Following her initial success, Reilly competed on three seasons of The Amazing Race. She finished in third place twice alongside Villegas in seasons 20 and 24, and later finished seventh alongside her sister in season 31, holding the record for the most total legs raced by a female contestant. She also won a charity episode of Celebrity Fear Factor alongside Villegas, shared a grand prize victory on Snake in the Grass, and placed eighth on both Peacock's The Traitors and Food Network's Worst Cooks in America.

Outside of competition series, Reilly has played a recurring role as a waitress on the daytime drama The Bold and the Beautiful since 2010. She has worked as a reality media correspondent for Hollywood Today Live and acted in the stage production The Real Drunk Housewives of San Fernando Valley. She married Villegas in September 2012 in a ceremony featured on WeTV, and the couple has two children, born in 2016 and 2020.
