Early Life and Creator Career

Moriah Elizabeth grew up in the United States and developed a passion for visual arts from a young age. She created her self-titled YouTube channel in August 2010, initially uploading casual vlogs and comedy sketches while attending high school and later pursuing a degree in graphic design. Her channel's trajectory shifted significantly when she published videos completing prompt-based art challenges from Keri Smith's book Wreck This Journal. The popularity of these videos established her specialty in craft transformations and led her to focus on hands-on art content full-time.

Popular Series and Publications

Moriah Elizabeth is widely recognized for her signature series, including 'Squishy Makeovers,' in which she repairs and repaints worn foam toys sent in by viewers or acquired from thrift stores. She also creates content centered around thrift store flips, custom dollhouse decorating, and turning original drawings into physical plush toys and squishies. In 2015, she authored and published Create This Book, an interactive guided prompt journal that gained widespread popularity and spawned subsequent volumes. Over the years, she has developed an extensive gallery of original characters, such as Pickle the Dinosaur and Georgie the Frog, which are featured across her artwork, books, and merchandise line.
