Lisa & Lena

Lisa and Lena Mantler (born June 17, 2002) are prominent German social media personalities, models, and content creators from Stuttgart, Germany. They originally gained international fame as teenagers on the video-sharing app Musical.ly (later rebranded as TikTok), where their synchronized lip-syncing and dance routines made them among the most followed creators globally. Over the years, they expanded their creative portfolio into fashion design, modeling, music, and feature films.

Early Life and Online Fame

Born and raised in Stuttgart, Germany, twin sisters Lisa and Lena began uploading short video clips on Musical.ly in December 2015. Their energetic dance choreography, coordinated outfits, and charismatic screen presence resonated with millions of young viewers worldwide. By 2017, they had amassed over 30 million followers, establishing themselves as the top account on the platform. After taking a hiatus and temporarily deleting their account in 2019 due to privacy and safety concerns, the sisters returned to TikTok in May 2020, quickly regaining a massive international fanbase.

Career and Content Strategy

Beyond short-form dance and lifestyle content, Lisa and Lena expanded into mainstream entertainment and business. In 2016, they launched their fashion brand, J1MO71, which gained widespread attention among young audiences. They signed with talent agency WME in 2017 and released their debut music single, "Not My Fault," to promote their brand line. Additionally, the duo has undertaken various fashion modeling campaigns for European brands and made their debut in German cinema in 2023. They continue to maintain an influential presence across Instagram and TikTok, sharing dance, fashion, travel, and lifestyle media.

Personal Life

Lisa and Lena were adopted together at six months old and grew up alongside two older siblings in Stuttgart. While maintaining joint personal and professional projects, the sisters have also pursued distinct personal paths in adulthood. In March 2023, Lisa married musician Jonas Jay, with whom she shares children, expanding her content into family and lifestyle themes. Lena remains active as an independent creator, pursuing fashion ventures, international projects, and creative partnerships. Both sisters remain well known for their positive, youth-oriented content and faith-centered values.
