Kate Grigorieva (born Ekaterina Sergeyevna Grigorieva) is a Russian high-fashion and lingerie model best known for her work as a Victoria's Secret Angel and her appearances on international runway shows. Raised in a military family in northern Russia, Grigorieva transitioned from studying marketing and practicing competitive ballroom dancing into a prominent international modeling career. After making a major mark in domestic beauty pageants and reality television competitions, she rapidly advanced onto the global fashion stage, walking for top luxury fashion houses across New York, Paris, and Milan.

About and Early Career

Born on September 15, 1988, in Olenegorsk, Murmansk Oblast, Grigorieva pursued higher education at Murmansk State Technical University, where she earned a degree in marketing. Alongside her academic studies, she was an accomplished ballroom dancer. Her entry into modeling began through national beauty pageants, participating in the Miss Russia 2010 casting and later finishing as a top-ten finalist in Miss Russia 2012 representing Murmansk Oblast. Later that year, Grigorieva gained widespread recognition across Russia when she competed on the fourth cycle of Top Model po-russki, the Russian adaptation of America's Next Top Model, where she finished as the runner-up alongside her sister Valentina, who placed third.

Grigorieva made her international runway debut during the Fall/Winter 2014 New York Fashion Week, opening and walking for prominent designer brands including Donna Karan, Oscar de la Renta, Tory Burch, and Ralph Lauren.
