Dina Lohan

Donata Melina Nicolette "Dina" Lohan (née Sullivan) is an American television personality who was born on September 15, 1962. She initially rose to fame as the mother and manager of actress Lindsay Lohan. She is also the mother of Michael Jr., Aliana, and Dakota "Cody" Lohan.

Lohan was born and raised in New York City by her parents, John L. and Ann Sullivan, alongside her two brothers, Matt and Paul. She is of Italian descent on her mother's side and Irish descent on her father's side, and she was raised in the Catholic faith.

In her early career, Lohan worked as a singer and a dancer. She later expanded her work in media into reality television and television production.

In 2008, Lohan and her younger daughter, Ali, starred in the reality television series Living Lohan, which premiered on the cable network E! on May 26, 2008. In addition to her appearance on screen, Lohan served as one of the executive producers for the show. Later, in 2019, she appeared as a cast member on the second season of the reality competition show Celebrity Big Brother.

Lohan married Michael Lohan in 1985. The couple briefly separated in 1988 before reuniting, and Dina filed for divorce in 2005. They reached a divorce settlement in August 2007, and she was granted custody of their two youngest children, Ali and Cody. Together, they have four children: Lindsay, Michael Jr., Aliana, and Dakota.

Lohan has also been involved in legal incidents in Nassau County, Long Island. On September 12, 2013, she was arrested for speeding and driving under the influence, later agreeing to a plea deal that resulted in 100 hours of community service, a $3,000 fine, and a one-year license revocation. On January 11, 2020, she was arrested for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident, alongside four additional vehicle-related charges. On December 3, 2021, she pleaded guilty to felony DWI and leaving the scene of an accident without reporting, receiving a sentence of 18 days in jail, five years of probation, an 18-month license suspension, and mandatory participation in a DWI program with an ignition interlock device.
