Will Kirby

William Terence Kirby, commonly known as Dr. Will, is an American aesthetic dermatologist, clinical associate professor, and reality television personality. He first gained widespread public recognition after winning the second season of the CBS reality television competition series Big Brother, and later appeared in the Star Wars universe series The Book of Boba Fett as Karales the Bounty Hunter. He has also won an episode of The Price Is Right.

Kirby was born on January 2, 1973, in Florence, Italy, and spent part of his early childhood attending kindergarten in Paris, France. He later lived in Tallahassee, Florida, where he completed his high school education at Florida State University School in 1991. His father is the American poet David Kirby.

He pursued higher education at Emory University, earning a degree in biology in 1995, before obtaining his medical degree from the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000. Professionally, Kirby serves as the Chief Medical Officer for the aesthetic dermatology group LaserAway and works as an associate clinical professor of dermatology. He is a published author in academic publications such as The Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, co-developing the Kirby-Desai Scale to estimate the required number of laser treatments for tattoo removal. Additionally, he has written textbook chapters on lasers, ethics, and legal considerations in medicine, served as a national spokesperson for Neutrogena Dermatologics on QVC, and frequently speaks at medical conferences.

Kirby's television career began with his victory on Big Brother 2 in 2001, followed by a fourth-place finish on Big Brother: All-Stars. Over the years, he hosted NBC's dating series Love Shack and appeared on numerous shows, including Battle of the Network Reality Stars, Dr. 90210, The Young and the Restless, LA Ink, Then and Now, The Traitors, and animated voice work for Robot Chicken. He has also made recurring guest appearances as a medical expert or correspondent on programs such as Extra!, The Doctors, Regis & Kelly, and The Talk, and worked as a health and beauty reporter for Life and Style magazine.

In the 2020s, Kirby continued appearing on television, playing a bounty hunter in The Book of Boba Fett in 2022. He joined the cast of Deal or No Deal Island during its second season in 2025, announcing his retirement from reality television following his departure in the seventh episode. That same year, he competed on a television doctor-themed episode of Celebrity Weakest Link. He was previously married to two-time For Love or Money winner Erin Brodie, with whom he has two children, before their divorce in 2022.
