Early in her motorsport career, Price achieved significant success in motocross, capturing 17 national championships and winning multiple medals at the X Games. In 2010, she made history as the first female factory-supported motocross racer for Monster Energy Kawasaki Racing. She continued competing for the team for several years before transitioning into off-road racing. Her early off-road achievements include taking first place at the 2013 Elsinore Grand Prix and securing the Terracross Championship title in 2015. Additionally, she competed in the 2013 Miss California USA pageant, though she did not advance to the finals.
Price achieved another motorsport milestone in 2016 when she made her debut in Stadium Super Trucks at the Honda Indy Toronto event, becoming the first woman to compete in the category. She returned to the series for the season finale at Lake Elsinore Diamond in 2017 and later competed at the Adelaide 500 in 2020. Price also expanded into rally racing, earning top rookie honors at the 2015 Rallye Aicha des Gazelles and later placing second in the UTV class at the 2020 Sonora Rally.
Her career continued to expand across various off-road and rally formats. In 2017, she secured second place in her trophy truck debut at the Best in the Desert Laughlin Desert Classic, won the Female Driver Search hosted by Hoonigan and Fiat to join Hoonigan as an athlete, and placed 38th at the Mount Washington Climb to the Clouds driving a Fiat 124 Rally Car. In 2019, Price became the first female SCORE International Baja 1000 IronWoman after completing the entire endurance event as a solo driver and finishing second in the trophy truck spec class.
In June 2020, Chip Ganassi Racing selected Price to compete in the inaugural 2021 season of Extreme E. This appointment made her both the very first driver confirmed for the Extreme E series and the first female driver in the history of Chip Ganassi Racing.
Price made her Dakar Rally debut in 2024, entering the SSV class. During the event, she won Stage 10, making her the first American woman and the third female driver overall to win an individual stage at the Dakar Rally. Over the course of her career, her achievements have been recognized with honors such as the 2016 Off-road Motorsports Hall of Fame Rising Star Award in the UTV, MX, and ATV category.
