Noelia Voigt

Noelia Victoria Voigt Hendrix, born November 1, 1999, is an American beauty pageant titleholder, model, and interior designer. She achieved national prominence after winning the Miss USA 2023 title, becoming the first Venezuelan-American woman to win both Miss Utah USA and Miss USA. She subsequently represented the United States at the Miss Universe 2023 pageant.

Voigt grew up as the daughter of Jack Voigt, a former American baseball outfielder, and Jackeline Briceño, who is Venezuelan. She attended the Pine View School for the Gifted in Osprey, Florida. While she expressed an interest in beauty pageants during her childhood, her mother required her to wait until her teenage years to participate. She entered her initial pageant at age 16 and subsequently faced peer bullying, an experience that led her to adopt anti-bullying advocacy as her main platform.

In addition to her pageant career, Voigt attended the University of Alabama and earned licenses as an esthetician and lash technician. Driven by her advocacy against bullying, she published a children's book titled Maddie the BRAVE in 2021. The book was inspired by Madison Whitsett, a nine-year-old student who died by suicide in 2018 following experiences with bullying at school. In her personal life, Voigt married her longtime partner, Jack Hendrix, on September 29, 2025.

Voigt's pageantry journey included finishing as the first runner-up at the Miss Alabama USA competition twice. In April 2023, she relocated to South Jordan, Utah, and subsequently entered the Miss Utah USA 2023 pageant, where she secured the state title. Moving on to the national Miss USA 2023 contest held on September 29 in Reno, Nevada, she advanced through the top 20 following the swimsuit and evening gown segments to reach the final five. Following the question-and-answer portion, she was crowned Miss USA 2023 by outgoing titleholder Morgan Romano.

As Miss USA, Voigt competed internationally at the Miss Universe 2023 pageant in El Salvador on November 18, 2023, where her national costume reflected American landmarks and immigration, and she finished among the top 20 semi-finalists. On May 6, 2024, Voigt officially relinquished her Miss USA title, stating that she was experiencing mental health struggles. Observers noted an acrostic message spelling "I am silenced" in her resignation statement, though its intent was unconfirmed. Following her resignation, first runner-up Savannah Gankiewicz of Hawaii assumed the Miss USA title.
