Lisa Barlow

Lisa Jean Barlow, born Lisa Jean Lee on December 14, 1974, is an American businesswoman and reality television personality. She is best known for her role as a primary cast member on the Bravo network's reality television series The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

Barlow was born in Upstate New York and raised as one of six children. She is primarily of Jewish heritage, and she and her family converted to Mormonism during her youth. She graduated from Schalmont High School in Rotterdam, New York. Following high school, she attended Brigham Young University for two years before transferring to the University at Albany, SUNY, where she earned her degree.

Barlow began her career as an entrepreneur in 2003 when she and John Barlow founded the tequila brand Vida Tequila, which officially launched in 2007. The product is distilled and barrelled in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico. In 2008, she established LUXE Marketing, a marketing company through which she became thoroughly involved in producing and planning events for the Sundance Film Festival, earning the moniker 'The Queen of Sundance.'

Over the years, Barlow expanded her business profile with additional brands and corporate ventures. In 2019, she founded Fresh Wolf, a hair grooming company centered around her son, with proceeds directed to Utah Foster Care. That same year, she co-founded the beauty brand Nicole + Brizee alongside Nikki and Brie Bella, launching it at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival prior to selling the brand in 2022. She has also entered into brand partnerships with major companies such as Wendy's and Kérastase.

On September 10, 2020, Barlow was announced as part of the original cast of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Since the show's inception, she has maintained her position as a main cast member alongside Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, and Meredith Marks.

Following her debut on reality television, Barlow participated in several other television projects. She appeared as a guest star on Bravo's Sold on SLC in 2024. In January 2026, she competed on the thirtieth season of the Food Network competition series Worst Cooks in America, where she was the second contestant eliminated. That same month, Bravo announced her participation in the fifth season of Peacock's Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th, appearing alongside Teresa Giudice, Vicki Gunvalson, and Luann de Lesseps.

Barlow subsequently ventured into the music industry. She released her debut music single, "Baby Gorgeous," in June 2026. In August 2026, she announced her second single, "Echoes of You," with a scheduled release for September 2026 alongside an accompanying EP.
