Heather Dubrow

Heather Paige Dubrow, formerly known as Heather Kent, is an American television personality, actress, and singer. Born on January 5, 1969, in The Bronx, New York, she grew up in Chappaqua, New York. She attended Syracuse University, graduating in 1990 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre. Early in her performing career, she trained extensively in vocal performance, acted in theater, and performed as the lead vocalist for a 14-piece big band.

Dubrow began her professional screen acting career in the 1990s, appearing under her maiden name in television series such as Jenny, Stark Raving Mad, and Married... with Children. Her most prominent early television role was starring as Lydia DeLucca in the CBS comedy-drama series That's Life from 2000 to 2002. In addition to starring in the series, Dubrow sang the show's theme song. Over the years, she has made guest appearances on sitcoms, drama series, and live stage performances.

She achieved broader public recognition starting in 2012 when she joined the cast of the Bravo reality television series The Real Housewives of Orange County. Dubrow appeared as a main cast member for several seasons before taking a hiatus, later returning to the franchise for subsequent seasons. Beyond reality television, she has co-hosted and executive produced programs including The Seven Year Stitch alongside her husband, plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow.

Outside of television acting and broadcasting, Dubrow has expanded into publishing, podcasting, and commercial ventures. She has co-authored lifestyle and diet books, including The Dubrow Diet, hosted media podcasts focusing on lifestyle and entertainment topics, and created beauty and skincare brands. She remains active in entertainment, live events, podcast hosting, and public appearances.
