Cirie Fields

Cirie Tiffany Fields is an American reality television personality and nurse. She is best known for her extensive participation in the reality competition franchise Survivor, holding the record as the first contestant to compete on six different seasons of the show. Widely regarded as one of the game's strategic competitors, she is frequently cited as one of the greatest players to never win the series.

Fields was born on July 18, 1970, in Brooklyn, New York, and spent part of her childhood in Norwalk, Connecticut, alongside her siblings Karla, Cicely, and Kenneth. Before establishing her medical career, she worked in various fields, including as a telemarketer, candy factory worker, surgical instrumentalist, and home care provider. She earned her nursing degree from St. Francis Nursing School in New Castle, Pennsylvania, and later served as a clinical coordinator at the Norwalk Hospital Surgical Center.

Fields made her television debut in 2006 on Survivor: Panama — Exile Island. Despite initial vulnerabilities, her social skills allowed her to reach the final four, where she finished in fourth place after losing a fire-making tiebreaker. Viewers voted her the season's most popular participant, awarding her a pickup truck. She returned in 2008 for Survivor: Micronesia — Fans vs. Favorites, helping form a dominant alliance known as the Black Widow Brigade and securing a third-place finish.

She continued her run on the franchise in 2010's Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, placing 17th after an early elimination. In 2017, Fields returned for Survivor: Game Changers. During that season, she reached the final six without attending a Tribal Council prior to the merge or having any votes cast against her, but she was ultimately eliminated by default when every other contestant held immunity.

Expanding her television career, Fields competed on the first season of the American spin-off of The Traitors on Peacock in 2023, where she served as a traitor and won the competition. Later that year, she competed on season twenty-five of Big Brother alongside her son, Jared Fields, finishing in fifth place. Her work led to her inclusion in Variety's 40 Most Powerful Women on Reality TV in 2023.

In 2025, Fields represented the United States on Australian Survivor: Australia V The World, placing fourth after a fire-making challenge. She made her sixth and final Survivor appearance in 2026 on Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans, finishing in sixth place and receiving a $100,000 Fan Favorite award. Amassing 159 total days of gameplay across her franchise appearances, Fields was inducted into Xfinity's Survivor Hall of Fame in 2011.
