Carrie is Mike Flanagan’s Prime Video series adapting Stephen King’s debut novel — the story of a bullied teenager with telekinetic powers and the domineering mother whose fanaticism pushes her toward a horrifying breaking point. Carrie White is played by newcomer Summer H. Howell, with Samantha Sloyan as her mother, Margaret.
Carrie premieres on Prime Video on October 7, 2026. Flanagan reunites much of his regular company alongside new faces, including gym teacher Rita Desjardin (Amber Midthunder) and a wide ensemble of Chamberlain townsfolk.
