Arjona has moved briskly from ensemble player to leading lady. The daughter of Latin music star Ricardo Arjona, she broke through on television in Emerald City and Good Omens before roles in Pacific Rim Uprising and Morbius. She earned wider acclaim as Bix Caleen in the Star Wars series Andor, and in 2024 stole scenes opposite Glen Powell in Richard Linklater’s Hit Man, a performance widely seen as a breakout.
Her “Thomas Crown” co-star brings his own star power. Michael B. Jordan — known for the Creed trilogy, his turn as Killmonger in Black Panther, and the 2025 hit Sinners — is among the industry’s most sought-after leading men, and the reboot pairs the two in a stylish update of the classic caper.
