Shweta Mehta

Shweta Mehta is an Indian fitness model, athlete, and television personality best known for winning season 15 of the reality television show MTV Roadies (MTV Roadies Rising) in 2017. Prior to her career in fitness and entertainment, she worked as an IT professional in Bengaluru after graduating with an engineering degree.

Mehta transitioned into professional fitness and bodybuilding, earning recognition in national and international competitions. She won the Jerai Women's Physique title in 2016 and went on to represent India at the Asian Bodybuilding Championship as well as on the American stunt competition show Ultimate Beastmaster.

Following her victory on MTV Roadies Rising, Mehta appeared in television series such as Badho Bahu and pursued acting opportunities across web series and independent projects. In 2019, she sustained severe spinal and neck injuries during a trampoline accident in Surat, which required extended medical recovery before she returned to her work in fitness and entertainment.
