Natasha Noel

Natasha Noel is an Indian yoga instructor, dancer, and media personality who gained widespread recognition for her work in wellness and body positivity. Born on September 14, 1997, in Kerala, India, she was subsequently raised in Mumbai.

Her early life was marked by significant personal hardship. Noel lost her mother at the age of three and experienced child abuse during her youth. Later, she survived a severe accident that resulted in serious injuries, requiring an extended period of mandatory bed rest. After recovering from the accident, she endured the end of a long-term relationship.

To navigate these personal struggles and manage her stress levels, Noel turned to creative and physical outlets. She began practicing yoga, engaging in photography, and training in dance as part of her personal healing process.

She pursued formal education in yoga by enrolling at The Yoga Institute located in Santacruz. To further deepen her practice and technical knowledge, she subsequently moved to Mysore to study the Ashtanga Vinyasa style of yoga.

Through her instructional work and online presence, Noel built a public career centered on movement and mental well-being. Her contributions to public wellness and influence earned her international recognition when she was named to the prestigious BBC 100 Women list in 2019, which honors inspiring and influential figures worldwide.
