Oscar-winning actor and multi-hyphenate entertainer Jamie Foxx has expanded his family once again. Reports confirmed on November 4, 2026, that the 58-year-old performer and his girlfriend, model Alyce Huckstepp, have welcomed their first child together. The arrival marks Huckstepp's first child and Foxx's third, expanding his family following his two adult daughters from previous relationships. While the couple has chosen to keep initial birth details private, sources close to the family confirmed the joyful news following months of quiet anticipation.
Foxx first rose to international prominence through his work in television comedy on In Living Color before developing into one of Hollywood's most versatile leading men. His portrayal of legendary musician Ray Charles in the 2004 biographical film Ray earned him the Academy Award for Best Actor, cementing his place in cinema history. Over the subsequent decades, he has starred in major blockbusters including Django Unchained, Collateral, and the Spider-Man franchise, alongside maintaining a successful Grammy-winning career as an R&B recording artist.
In recent years, Foxx has built a strong family business alongside his eldest daughter, Corinne Foxx, co-hosting the popular musical game show Beat Shazam. His middle daughter, Anelise, has also frequently accompanied him to major industry events. Foxx and Huckstepp were first linked publicly in 2022 and rekindled their relationship after a brief separation. During a television interview earlier in the season, Foxx good-naturedly addressed becoming a father again at 58, expressing genuine excitement about stepping back into the routine of early childhood parenting.
The birth follows a remarkable professional resurgence for Foxx following his recovery from a serious 2023 health scare. He recently returned to film sets for major studio productions, including the action comedy Back in Action alongside Cameron Diaz. He has also continued producing television projects and developing new feature films through his production banner. Friends and colleagues across the entertainment industry have expressed warm congratulations to the couple as they begin this new chapter.
Looking ahead, Foxx is set to maintain a busy schedule spanning both screen work and television hosting duties. Production schedules for upcoming seasons of his non-scripted series remain on track, while several completed film projects are scheduled for international distribution over the coming year. As Foxx balances his high-profile Hollywood endeavors with his expanding home life, fans continue to celebrate his ongoing health, happiness, and continued creative accomplishments.
