Sissy MUA (born Célia Léo) is a French digital creator, fitness coach, and entrepreneur. Born in Nice, France, she initially pursued studies in agro-food engineering before shifting her focus toward health, sports, and lifestyle digital content.

Sissy MUA gained widespread public recognition through her online video channel, where she shares workout routines, meal plans, and home training guides. Over her career, she has released popular online fitness challenges, including her signature bikini and workout programs, as well as several books dedicated to body conditioning and well-being.

Beyond content creation, she expanded her career into business by co-founding TrainSweatEat, a platform encompassing a fitness and nutrition application, workout apparel, and dietary supplements. She actively continues to produce digital fitness sessions and manage her wellness ventures.
