Liv Morgan reclaimed the WWE Women's World Championship during a high-stakes Triple Threat match at WWE Money in the Bank 2026, held at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans. Morgan emerged victorious over defending champion Stephanie Vaquer and fellow challenger Becky Lynch. The outcome secured Morgan's fourth reign with the prestigious title after capitalizing on a late-match sequence to pin Vaquer.
The championship bout featured intense back-and-forth action among all three competitors. Early in the contest, Lynch and Vaquer temporarily aligned to neutralize Morgan's speed, but the alliance quickly dissolved as the match progressed. In the closing moments, Vaquer knocked Lynch off the apron and through a table at ringside. Morgan seized the moment, catching a distracted Vaquer with her signature Oblivion maneuver to cover the champion for the three-count.
Morgan's championship victory marks another major milestone in her evolving career with World Wrestling Entertainment. Since making her main-roster debut in 2017, the New Jersey native has established herself as one of the prominent figures in the women's division. Her career achievements include winning the Money in the Bank briefcase in 2022, capturing multiple singles titles, and headlining premium live events across North America and international venues.
Following her title victory in New Orleans, Morgan now shifts her attention to upcoming major events on the WWE calendar, including WWE Crown Jewel scheduled for November in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With the Women's World Championship back in her possession, Morgan continues her primary storyline presence on Monday Night Raw as a central figure in the division's title picture.
