Denise Bidot

Denise Marie Bidot (born June 13, 1986) is an American curve fashion model, television personality, and body-positivity advocate. Born in Miami, Florida, of Puerto Rican and Kuwaiti descent, Bidot became a pioneering figure in modern fashion by promoting inclusive body standards and becoming one of the first curve models to walk mainstream runways at New York Fashion Week.

Bidot began her entertainment journey after moving to Los Angeles at age 18 to pursue acting. She subsequently studied cosmetology at the Studio Makeup Academy and worked as a freelance makeup artist. While working behind the scenes on a photoshoot, she was discovered by a photographer who suggested she try modeling.
