Anllela Sagra is a Colombian fitness model, entrepreneur and social-media personality widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in women’s fitness on Instagram, where she has built a following of more than 26 million. Born on 6 October 1993 in Colombia, she has become one of the country’s best-known exports in the global fitness and glamour scene and is often credited with helping to popularise female strength training online.

From fashion to fitness

Sagra originally set out to work in fashion rather than fitness. She earned a degree in fashion design in Colombia and modelled on weekends while she studied, aiming for a career as a conventional model and designer.
