Digital creator and science communicator Hank Green has officially announced the launch of ClockwiseTV, a brand-new content platform tailored specifically for children aged 8 to 12. Developed in response to growing parental concerns over algorithmic video feeds, the application provides an ad-free, human-curated media environment centered on educational and STEAM programming.

Led by Chief Executive Officer Leslie Morgan alongside Green, ClockwiseTV aims to give families greater oversight over digital entertainment. The platform replaces automated recommendations and endless autoplay loops with a hand-selected collection of videos from trusted digital creators, including Green's educational studio Complexly, MinutePhysics, Evan and Katelyn, and Odd Animal Specimens.

Green has long been a leading figure in online video, digital publishing, and educational media. Co-creator of the landmark YouTube channel Vlogbrothers alongside his brother John Green, he also spearheaded educational mainstays such as Crash Course and SciShow. Beyond digital production, Green co-founded the global creator conference VidCon and merch company DFTBA Records, establishing a decades-long track record of innovating within creator economy ecosystems.

The new application addresses screen time management by introducing structured session controls that automatically conclude when set limits are reached. Early access for founding subscribers opened following the announcement, with Green and Morgan planning further feature rollouts and content expansions in the coming months.
