Christian D. Heria, professionally known as Chris Heria, is an American fitness trainer, YouTuber, and entrepreneur born on December 21, 1991, in Miami, Florida. Renowned globally as a pioneer in bodyweight training, calisthenics, and street workout disciplines, he has built a massive digital media presence centered around high-intensity physical conditioning, callisthenic skills, and lifestyle content.

Raised in Miami, Florida, Heria discovered a passion for physical fitness at an early age. He attended St. Brendan High School in Miami, graduating in 2008. Combining bodyweight movements with street workout culture, he focused his early adult years on mastering calisthenics techniques and functional movement. Before reaching global fame, he represented the United States in competitive street workout events internationally and joined BarStarzz, a prominent workout team and street calisthenics organization that popularized bar-based training worldwide.

Heria transitioned his athletic experience into digital content creation in the 2010s. He gained widespread recognition by posting step-by-step workout guides, progression tutorials, and high-energy vlogs on YouTube. On his self-titled personal channel, @CHRISHERIA, he shares instructional routines, daily nutrition tips, personal challenges, and workout collaborations with other top fitness figures.
