Paige Hathaway

Paige Hathaway (born July 31, 1987) is an American fitness creator, health model, certified personal trainer, and entrepreneur. Rising to prominence during the digital social media fitness movement of the 2010s, she established herself as one of the industry's most recognizable athletic personalities through detailed workout routines, physical transformation challenges, and cover appearances for major print publications.

Fitness Career and Modeling

Born and raised in Minnesota, Hathaway relocated to Oklahoma during her young adult years. Although active in sports during her youth, she did not begin structured weight training until 2011, when a trainer at her local gym encouraged her to prepare for a bodybuilding show. After four months of intensive training, she competed in her first event and placed second in Class C at the 2011 Ronnie Coleman Classic.
